Railside West offers a choice of many different lots from wide open views to private wooded sites. We currently have walkout, daylight and standard basement sites available. Prices range from $76,900.00- 101,900.00. Railside West features city water and sewer, underground electric, natural gas, high speed internet, phone, and cable. Building size restrictions are 1800 square feet for a one story and 2400 square feet for a two story with a 1200 square feet minimum on the main floor.
